ACE Mentor Program
Our CEO, Stephen Park, serves on the Board of Directors, founded in 2006. The ACE Mentor Program of Greater San Antonio connects high school students with building industry professionals and educators to explore careers in architecture, engineering, and construction. Students work in teams under the mentorship of experienced professionals, gaining hands-on exposure to real-world project requirements and the process of turning concepts into built environments.
As part of this commitment, E-Z Bel Construction partners with ACE Mentor to host an annual ACE Construction Site Day. This interactive event provides approximately 150 students the opportunity to visit an active construction environment, learn directly from industry professionals, and operate heavy equipment under supervision as they explore career paths within the construction industry.
Construction Site Day reflects E-Z Bel’s dedication to workforce development, mentorship, and creating meaningful pathways for the next generation of builders and leaders.
